We are an exclusive riverside escape just 5km from Swellendam, nestled along the tranquil banks of the Breede River. Once a cherished secret we shared only with friends and family, our family-owned campsite now welcomes discerning adventurers to experience camping, reimagined.
Our newly renovated campsite now offers two terraced levels with a total of 20 spacious stands.

Rent-a-Tent Kits
Why hassle with setup when you can step straight into a ready-made campsite? Whether you’re bringing friends without gear, trying out camping for the first time, or simply enjoy the luxury of arriving to everything prepared, our Rent-a-Tent Kits make camping easy and effortless.
Each kit sleeps 2 and includes:
- A spacious 3 × 3 m canvas bow tent
- 2 x stretcher beds with mattresses
- 2 x director camp chairs
- Groundsheet
- 2 x lights (one bedside lamp & one portable)
- Power point and bedside table
- Discounted rate for 3+ nights of R500 per night
All you need to bring is your bedding, personal essentials, accessories and food. Simply add it as an extra to your booking when making an online reservation.
Private Bathrooms
Think of it as your personal, en-suite for camping. Book one of 4 assigned stands to enjoy exclusive access to a private bathroom, thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay — perfect for families or anyone who prefers a little extra privacy.
At check-in, you’ll receive a key to your designated bathroom, which remains yours for the duration of your stay. Feel free to store your personal items inside for easy access.
Each private bathroom includes:
- A hot water shower
- Toilet and basin
- Toilet paper and basic cleaning supplies

Rates
Our standard rate starts from R440* per stand per night and includes 2 x Adults.
• Max 5 guests per stand (Adults + Children).
• Max 4 adults (18+) per stand.
• Max two vehicles and one caravan/camper/trailer per stand (due to power limit).
• Children aged 5 and under camp free.
• Additional Adult Rate: R130pppn | Additional Child Rate (Age 6-17): R110pppn
• Please contact us for pensioners discount and large group bookings.
• Minimum 3 night stay for the Easter Holidays.

Book Online
To book your stay, please select your arrival date below and select the amount of nights to see what is available. We have an online reservations system which lets you instantly make a confirmed reservation along with secure payment facilities. Simply select your preferred stand when requested during the booking process.
For any specific requests, group/event bookings or other dates, please contact us.
Bookings are now open until from mid-September onwards. Please subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when we release more dates.
*Please note that we are currently CLOSED due to the recent Breede River flood on 13 May 2026. We have extensive damage and the campsite does not look like the current photos displayed on our website. While rebuilding we will post updates on our social channels, so please follow us on Instagram and Facebook.
